Coaching Supervision

Why coaching supervision?

We know that coaching teams face complex problems. Their ability to create impact requires them to work as a team and share best practice, take innovative approaches to shake up thinking, and be observant of their own mindset when approaching people and organisational problems.

Coaching supervision supports and grows your coaches in a sustainable way. It helps coaches to develop their own mentor stance and know if they are being effective in this stance.

Coaches learn from each other through group workshops, run by a qualified coaching supervisor.

Coaching supervision supports:

Ethical standards

As Agile Coaches begin to take a more coaching-focused approach to their change work, agreeing and working to ethical standards can build safety and best practice to coaching services, for the benefit of coach, client and business.

A sharper innovative edge

For teams who need to help their customers think differently and creatively, supervision offers the opportunity for coaches to share their tools, knowledge and approaches in a way that helps the team to develop from peer to peer learning.

Coaching impact on system

Understanding how we show up as coaches, and the reality of the system that we are coaching means that we can become more realistic, resilient and work more harmoniously with the system being coached.

Professional Standards

As Agile Coaches begin to take a more coaching focused approach to their work, the quality of that coaching needs to be supported by qualified coach practitioners to help the coaches reflect on if the methods, approaches and ethical standards of coaching are working in the best interest of the coach, client and profession.

Qualified coaching supervisor

We work with Coaching and Organisational Development practitioners who are qualified and experienced in providing coaching supervision to coaches and teams of change practitioners.

Visual / Systems Thinking Coach

We use systems and visual thinking techniques to map organisational complexity, think through problems in different ways, explore potential experiments and create records of shared understanding.

Each Supervision session will be designed and paired with a systems / visual thinking coach. We use virtual whiteboarding tools to maximise the ability to develop this shared understanding.

Workshop-based

Our workshop-based, group sessions make it easy for coaches to learn from and support each other.
